IBC ’19 is a 6-day conference, beginning with late afternoon registration and a welcome reception/address on Tuesday night, June 11, 2019 and ending with a family-style farewell brunch and check-out on Sunday, June 16, 2019. 

BOOKING OPTIONS:
​You have the option of staying on-site (space is limited) or off-site. Breakfast is included for on-site lodgers only who also have the option of staying through Monday, June 17th. If you want to share an on-site room but do not have a roommate, we will try to match you up with someone else in the same situation. 

All fees include:
  • Welcome reception, welcome address
  • Breakfast for on-site lodgers
  • Lunch & dinner for everyone (with the exception of all day field trip(s) when dinner is on-the-town).
  •  High Tide & Mini-Tutorials, Films, ID & Show/Share Sessions, Swap Table, Beach Raffle, Sea Glass/Coastal Arts Bazaar & Goody Bags
  • Four beachcomb expeditions
  • All museum, aquarium, ferry and boat fees.

Select your Lodging Options, Field Trips and Workshop choices, and talley up your fees.

You have the option of paying via check, money order or Paypal.

To pay by PayPal, email payment to:  Ritzdotter@gmail.com, and mail your registration form as directed above.  PayPal will notify us of payment received.

Once payment is received, we will send you a registration confirmation letter confirming payment and your Field Trips and Arts/Techs Workshops

Refund Policy: 
No refunds will be issued, though someone may take your place if you notify the IBC committee no latter than two weeks prior to the conference.
